This Privacy Policy explains how Sensei (“Sensei,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information: email address, display name, and (for the plugin) your Roblox account identifier.
Application information: if you apply to the beta or affiliate program, the details you submit on those forms.
Content you submit: prompts, descriptions, and other inputs you give to the AI in order to receive output.
Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, credits consumed, and the timing of those events.
Device and log data: browser type, operating system, IP address, and similar technical information.
Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, and (where legally required, with consent) analytics.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
Generate the AI output you request and compute your credit usage.
Communicate with you about your account, billing, and updates.
Process applications to the beta and affiliate programs.
Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of information

We share information only as follows:

Service providers: we use third parties to run our infrastructure, including Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and AI model providers (for inference on your prompts).
Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with continued protection of your information.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI inference and third-party models

When you use Sensei, your prompts and project context are sent to AI model providers to generate output. We do not authorize those providers to train their models on your prompts. We retain a record of your prompts and outputs in your account history for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Data retention

We retain account and usage data while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7).

6. Children

Sensei is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@senseidev.com.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

9. International users

Sensei is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
