This Privacy Policy explains how Sensei (“Sensei,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use our website, Roblox Studio plugin, web application, AI tools, payment flows, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Sensei is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
We may collect information you provide directly, including:
- Prompts, messages, instructions, descriptions, feedback, and other content you submit to Sensei.
- Bug reports, support requests, and communications with us.
- Information submitted through beta, affiliate, creator, or application forms.
- Billing-related contact information when you purchase a paid plan or credit pack.
We do not intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment processor.
Roblox account information
When you log in or connect through Roblox OAuth or related Roblox authentication flows, we may collect information associated with your Roblox account, including:
- Roblox user ID.
- Roblox username/display name.
- Roblox profile image/avatar image.
- Authentication/session information necessary to connect your account to Sensei.
We do not ask for or store your Roblox password.
Project and workspace information
Sensei may read information from the Roblox Studio project that you connect to the Service. This may include information needed to understand your project, generate responses, identify bugs, and make changes requested by you.
Depending on the feature used, Sensei may process project context such as object names, script references, errors, logs, structure, selected files, and other workspace context from the connected project. Sensei may use this context to generate AI output and to perform requested actions in Roblox Studio.
Sensei does not intentionally retain full Roblox Studio workspace source code as permanent account history. However, content you submit in chat, bug reports, feedback, support requests, or other messages may include code or project information, and that content may be stored as part of your account or project history.
Usage and analytics information
We may collect usage information such as:
- Features used.
- Messages sent.
- Credits consumed.
- Plan type.
- Project history and plan history.
- Error events.
- Timing of actions.
- General service performance information.
We use Vercel Analytics and similar basic analytics tools to understand usage and improve the Service.
Device, log, and technical information
We may collect technical information such as:
- Browser type.
- Operating system.
- Device information.
- IP address.
- Pages viewed.
- Referring pages.
- Plugin version.
- Log events.
- Authentication/session events.
Cookies and similar technologies

2. How We Use Information

- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Sensei.
- Connect your Roblox account to the Service.
- Understand your Roblox Studio project so Sensei can respond to your requests.
- Generate AI responses, code, bug fixes, explanations, plans, and other output.
- Apply requested actions inside your connected Roblox Studio project.
- Track credit usage, plan limits, subscriptions, and billing status.
- Provide support and respond to your questions.
- Investigate bugs, abuse, fraud, security issues, or violations of our Terms.
- Improve Sensei's reliability, safety systems, prompts, workflows, and user experience.
- Enforce our Terms and protect Sensei, our users, and others.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing and Model Providers
Sensei uses third-party AI model providers to generate responses and outputs. These providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Gemini, and other providers we may use in the future.
When you use Sensei, your prompts, messages, project context, bug reports, and other relevant information may be sent to AI model providers so they can generate the requested output.
We do not authorize AI model providers to train their general models on your prompts or project context, unless you separately opt in or unless required for a specific feature we clearly disclose. However, providers may process and retain data as described in their own terms, privacy policies, abuse-monitoring policies, and data-processing terms.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, Roblox cookies, payment credentials, private tokens, secrets, or other sensitive credentials to Sensei.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
Service providers
We use third parties to help operate the Service, including:
- Supabase for database, authentication, and backend infrastructure.
- Vercel for hosting and analytics.
- Stripe for payments and billing.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Gemini, and other AI providers for AI inference.
- Roblox OAuth and Roblox-related services for account connection.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.
Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Enforce our Terms.
- Detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues.
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Sensei, users, or others.
Business transfers
If Sensei is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
Project chat history and project context may be retained while the project exists in your Sensei account. You may reset project history or delete projects through the Service where available.
Deleting a Sensei project or account deletes information from Sensei's systems as described in this Policy. It does not delete, modify, restore, or otherwise affect files, scripts, objects, assets, or other content inside your Roblox Studio project.
We may retain limited records after deletion where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process payment information, billing information, transaction history, and related information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
7. Children and Minors
Sensei is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without required parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information or disable the account.
If you are under 18, you may use Sensei only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of your personal information.
You may also be able to:
- Reset project history.
- Delete individual projects.
- Delete or request deletion of your account.
- Cancel subscriptions through your account settings.
- Contact us about privacy requests.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for not submitting secrets, passwords, tokens, private keys, Roblox cookies, payment credentials, or other sensitive credentials to Sensei.
10. International Users
Sensei is operated from the United States. If you access or use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Those countries may have data protection laws different from the laws in your country.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, through the Service, or by posting a notice. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
Your continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated Policy.
