Welcome to Sensei. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sensei website, Roblox Studio plugin, web application, AI tools, payment flows, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sensei is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
1. The Service
Sensei provides AI-assisted tools for Roblox development. The Service may help users generate code, edit scripts, organize projects, identify bugs, create plans, explain systems, modify Roblox Studio objects, and perform other development-related tasks.
Sensei may include a Roblox Studio plugin, hosted web application, AI chat interface, project history, credit system, subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and related features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sensei.
If you are under 18, you may use Sensei only with permission and involvement from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to use the Service. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may suspend or delete the account.
3. Accounts and Login
You may need to log in with Roblox OAuth or another authentication method to use certain features.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account secure.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Making sure your account information is accurate.
- Not sharing, selling, transferring, or allowing unauthorized access to your account.
- Not submitting passwords, Roblox cookies, API keys, private tokens, payment credentials, or other sensitive secrets to Sensei.
We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account if you fail to keep your account secure.
4. Roblox Studio Plugin and Project Access
Sensei may connect to your Roblox Studio project and read project information to understand your workspace and respond to your requests.
Depending on the features used and the instructions you provide, Sensei may create, edit, rename, move, delete, test, or otherwise modify scripts, objects, files, modules, UI, folders, assets, settings, and other content inside the connected Roblox Studio project.
You understand and agree that Sensei may apply changes automatically when you request an action. For larger or more complex requests, Sensei may create a plan for review before applying changes, but Sensei is not required to do so for every request.
Sensei does not act independently. It performs actions based on user requests, system behavior, and Service features.
5. Project Risk, Backups, and Testing
You are solely responsible for your Roblox Studio projects and games.
Before using Sensei, you should maintain your own backups, version history, source control, or other recovery methods. Sensei may offer undo points or undo features, but those features are not guaranteed to prevent or fix every issue.
You understand and accept that AI-generated output and plugin actions may:
- Contain errors.
- Break scripts or systems.
- Delete or overwrite content.
- Move or rename objects incorrectly.
- Create bugs.
- Cause unexpected behavior.
- Fail to work as intended.
- Affect game performance.
- Affect monetization systems, data stores, UI, admin systems, security systems, or gameplay systems.
- Require manual review, repair, or testing.
You are responsible for reviewing, testing, debugging, validating, and approving all output and changes before publishing, shipping, monetizing, or relying on them.
Sensei is not responsible for lost projects, broken code, corrupted files, lost progress, lost revenue, lost Robux, lost users, failed launches, moderation issues, account actions, or other damages caused by your use of the Service.
6. AI-Generated Output
Sensei uses artificial intelligence to generate code, explanations, instructions, bug fixes, plans, and other output.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, nonfunctional, or unsuitable for your intended use. You should not rely on Sensei as your only source of truth.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we do not claim ownership of the output generated for you by Sensei. You may use output in your own Roblox projects, including commercial projects, subject to these Terms, Roblox rules, applicable laws, and third-party rights.
You are responsible for making sure your use of output does not violate any law, Roblox rule, third-party right, contract, or platform policy.
7. User Content
“User Content” means prompts, messages, project descriptions, code snippets, bug reports, feedback, files, plans, and other content you submit to the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By using Sensei, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, and use your User Content as necessary to:
- Provide the Service.
- Generate AI output.
- Operate and improve Sensei.
- Debug issues.
- Investigate abuse.
- Enforce these Terms.
- Maintain safety and security.
- Comply with legal obligations.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content to Sensei and that your User Content does not violate laws, third-party rights, Roblox rules, or these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sensei to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
- Violate Roblox Terms, Community Standards, Creator rules, or other Roblox policies.
- Create, request, or distribute malware, backdoors, credential stealers, token grabbers, spyware, exploit tools, phishing systems, scams, or harmful automation.
- Request or create systems designed to steal accounts, Robux, credentials, private data, payment information, or platform tokens.
- Generate content that is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, abusive, violent, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
- Create systems intended to bypass Roblox moderation, safety systems, rate limits, payments, platform rules, or security systems.
- Upload, submit, or expose API keys, passwords, Roblox cookies, private tokens, credentials, payment information, or other secrets.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, extract, or attempt to discover Sensei's prompts, systems, models, source code, infrastructure, or non-public technology.
- Use Sensei to build, train, improve, or operate a competing AI Roblox development tool or similar competing product.
- Abuse free credits, promotional credits, subscriptions, referral systems, affiliate systems, rate limits, or account creation.
- Share, sell, rent, or transfer your account.
- Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or harm the Service or other users.
- Use the Service in a way that creates legal, security, technical, or reputational risk for Sensei.
We may block, limit, refuse, or remove requests, outputs, accounts, or usage that we believe violate these Terms or create risk.
9. Safety Systems
Sensei may use automated and manual systems to detect abuse, unsafe requests, prohibited content, suspicious usage, fraud, security issues, or Terms violations.
Safety systems are not perfect. We do not guarantee that all harmful, incorrect, or prohibited content will be blocked.
You remain responsible for your own use of the Service and for anything you create, publish, or deploy using Sensei.
10. Credits, Plans, and Payments
Sensei may offer free accounts, paid subscriptions, promotional offers, and one-time credit packs.
Current or future plans may include Free, Creator, Max, and other plans or credit packages.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription credits may be capped and may reset each billing period. Subscription credits do not roll over unless we clearly state otherwise.
One-time credit packs do not expire unless otherwise stated at purchase.
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of that period unless your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Unused credits are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Promotional prices, discounts, free credits, and special offers may be changed, limited, revoked, or ended at any time unless otherwise required by law.
11. Credit Usage and Failed Requests
Credits may be consumed when Sensei generates a response, completes an AI action, or otherwise returns output.
If a request fails before output is returned, credits may not be charged, depending on how the failure occurs and how the Service records the event.
We may correct credit balances, reverse improper credits, or adjust usage records if we detect errors, abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
12. Beta and Experimental Features
Sensei may offer beta, early-access, experimental, or preview features. These features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed at any time.
Beta features are provided “as is” and may break, produce incorrect output, consume credits, or be removed without notice.
Your use of beta features is voluntary and at your own risk.
13. Intellectual Property
The Sensei name, logo, website, plugin, user interface, software, prompts, systems, workflows, models, documentation, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Sensei or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own Roblox development purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Sensei's non-public technology or intellectual property except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
14. Third-Party Services
Sensei integrates with or relies on third-party services, including Roblox, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Gemini, and other providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and rules. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, data practices, pricing changes, account actions, or errors.
15. Roblox Rules
You are responsible for complying with all Roblox rules, including Roblox Terms of Use, Community Standards, Creator rules, marketplace rules, monetization rules, and any other Roblox policies that apply to your project.
Sensei does not guarantee that output will comply with Roblox rules. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before publishing or using it.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, throttle, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe:
- You violated these Terms.
- Your use creates risk for Sensei, Roblox, third parties, or other users.
- You abused credits, subscriptions, promotions, or account systems.
- You attempted to bypass restrictions or safety systems.
- Your account was involved in fraud, security issues, illegal activity, or harmful activity.
- We are required to do so by law or by a third-party provider.
If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you may lose access to your account, credits, project history, and paid features. Except where required by law, you will not be entitled to a refund.
You may stop using Sensei at any time. You may delete your account or request deletion by contacting us.
17. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, replace, or remove any part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee that Sensei will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every Roblox Studio version, operating system, browser, plugin environment, or third-party service.
We may impose limits on usage, credits, features, rate limits, models, requests, accounts, projects, or storage.
18. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensei disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, reliability, and that the Service or output will meet your requirements.
Sensei does not guarantee that AI output will be correct, safe, original, compliant, secure, functional, or suitable for your project.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensei and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, users, Robux, business opportunities, projects, code, files, or content arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensei's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid to Sensei in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sensei and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your Roblox projects or games.
- Your User Content.
- Your AI-generated output.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of Roblox rules.
- Your violation of law or third-party rights.
- Your misuse of credits, accounts, subscriptions, or promotions.
- Your publication, deployment, monetization, or distribution of content created with Sensei.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law, venue, arbitration terms, class action waiver, and dispute resolution process for these Terms should be finalized with legal counsel before publication.
Until those terms are finalized, you agree to contact us first at support@senseidev.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally before filing a legal claim, unless prohibited by law.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, through the Service, or by posting a notice.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
