Welcome to Sensei. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sensei website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Sensei provides AI-assisted guidance for building games on the Roblox platform, including a Roblox Studio plugin and a hosted web application. Sensei is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sensei. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sensei to:

Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Generate, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, hateful, or designed to harass others.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or prompts powering the Service.
Use the Service to compete with Sensei or to train competing AI systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or other users.
Violate the Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards in connection with content produced using Sensei.

5. AI-generated output

Sensei produces output (such as code, explanations, and setup instructions) using AI models. You understand and agree that:

Output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating anything before deploying it.
You are responsible for the use of output in your projects, including compliance with the Roblox platform rules.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the output you generate from prompts you provide. We claim no copyright in output you receive.

6. Credits, plans, and payments

The Service is offered on a credit-based model. Free users receive a starting allocation of credits. Paid plans (Creator, Pro) provide monthly credit allotments and additional features.

Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Beta program

Features marked “beta” or offered during early-access periods are provided as-is and may change, break, or be removed without notice. Your participation in the beta program is voluntary, and you agree to provide reasonable feedback if requested.

8. Intellectual property

The Sensei name, logo, website, plugin, and underlying technology are owned by Sensei and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including Roblox, Supabase, Stripe, and AI model providers). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your account poses a risk to Sensei or other users.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensei and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or by posting a notice on the Service) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
